Returns

To prevent returns, please refer to our size guides which are found in all product descriptions. If you need further assistance on sizing, please contact us and one of our team will assist with accurate measurements or further guidance.

Standard Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we operate a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days to return your item for a refund (minus shipping costs), exchange or credit note. Customers have 14 days to make a return from the date of delivery


Refunds are processed within 2 working days of us receiving and accepting the item(s) at our premises. Exchanges and credit notes are processed on a same working day basis. We have no control over how long it takes for your payment provider to process your returned funds; please contact the relevant third party provider if required.

Swimwear, underwear and socks all fall under the non-returnable category so a return is not eligible for these items.  We can also provide detailed and accurate measurements on request, enabling you to find a size and fit which is best suited for you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags must not be removed. The security tag must also not be removed. We will not accept returns if tags have been removed and re-added to the product. All items are thoroughly quality checked prior to despatch.  Additional non-returnable items: - Gift cards.

To complete your return, please email us info@morely-group.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the information required to complete the return. Please return the item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date otherwise it will not be accepted. The item must be returned using Royal Mail as the delivery service and shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please note we carry out thorough inspections on returned items and will know if an item has been worn, washed, damaged, tags removed etc. We reserve the right to reject a return should the item(s) arrive back in a different condition to what we sent. Again the buyer will be responsible for the postage to return an item(s) back to their address.

IMPORTANT CHECK LIST:

  • The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs
  • Items must be returned in the same condition we sent them in
  • Items must be returned using Royal Mail only Items can't be returned if they were purchased with a gift code

Sale items (if applicable)

As per gov.uk"Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.". Defects/Damages  As previously mentioned, we quality check every item in thorough detail prior to dispatch. Should you need to return your item(s) due to a defect/damage, please send us an email at info@morely-group.com with your order number and pictures of the defect/damage and further information. We will then consider if this qualifies for a full refund. We will not entertain returns for items which have been washed, altered or damaged by wear and tear.


Shipping
 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If we don't receive the item(s) you are wanting to return due to lost post or incorrect address, we will not process the return. Morely Group Ltd is not responsible for any item(s) which are posted by a customer. We cannot guarantee that the returned item will be received so we recommend using the insured and trackable service with Royal Mail. Legal ownership of goods will remain the property of Morely Group Ltd until orders have been delivered and all due funds have been cleared. Goods are insured during transit and goods become your full responsibility once they have been delivered. In the event of Morely Group Ltd offering a refund to you, legal ownership of the goods will revert immediately to Morely Group Ltd once the return(s) has been received and accepted. 


Black Friday Returns Policy

Due to the heavily reduced prices, we are are unable to offer refunds during Black Friday. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for an exchange or credit note. The terms and processes in our standard returns policy will apply as normal. Your order will also be eligible for our extended Christmas returns policy as listed above.
